Clinical Education
Premier Physical Therapy is a clinical education and observation site for the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, University of North Florida, Florida State College at Jacksonville, Keiser University, Carroll University, and Texas Woman’s University.
Physical therapy students do clinical observation hours, internships, and residency programs in our clinics as part of their physical therapy education. In addition, Premier is an orthopedic residency site for the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences for Florida licensed physical therapists who wish to pursue advanced orthopedic training and mentoring in order to potentially sit for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Board Exam.
Our director of clinical education is a credentialed clinical instructor with the American Physical Therapy Association and the Florida Consortium of Clinical Education.
Continuing Education
Premier Physical Therapy hosts continuing education courses for physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and massage therapists to obtain CEU credits for maintaining their state licensure.
