Owner Chris Kopp spoke with Jacksonville’s Bosom Buddies at their breast cancer support group meeting this month about how physical therapy can help recovery following surgery by restoring shoulder motion and strength and managing swelling often associated with the procedure.
The Bosom Buddies program at the Women’s Center of Jacksonville provides education, advocacy and support for women affected by breast cancer. They have a weekly support group other events throughout the year.
The next event is Remission Rocks Again benefit on 7/15/2016 for individuals or companies willing to support the Bosom Buddies group.
