Monica Alvarado – PT, DPT

Monica earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University San Marcos. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine. She has a strong passion for working with athletes, sports enthusiasts, and individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries. She finds great fulfillment in helping her patients return to their favorite activities stronger and more confident than ever. A San Diego native, she moved to Florida to pursue her graduate studies. During her undergraduate years, she shared her love of sports by coaching AAU and club basketball. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through golfing, working out, and relaxing at the beach. She’s also an avid sports fan who never misses the chance to catch a game.
